Yoga for Anxiety and Stress

Anxiety and stress are an all to common aspect of our modern lives. This class offers the opportunity to tune into your body through breathing techniques and yoga forms in order to practice remaining present. 

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat. 

This is an eight-week session of weekly classes on Monday evenings from 7-8pm.
